GIFT-Africa involves 25 investigators from 9 Institutions from 8 countries, including South Africa, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Japan, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, France and Australia. This multi-disciplinary GIFT-Africa consortium includes collaborators with clinical, biomedical, statistical, public health, health economic, and innovation expertise working together to comprehensively evaluate the GIFT device in three African countries and provide guidelines for GIFT implementation into STIs/BV management strategies in each region. As such, GIFT-Africa includes five work packages (WP)
